 Allow yourself to get into a comfortable position
Just let your body relax
And start to sink gently and easily
Into whatever it is you are sitting or laying on
Allow your eyes to watch the spiral
And see it spinning slowly and easily before you
Over time your eyes may become heavy
And tired
It’s ok to let them close
And relax
And just allow yourself to focus on my voice
And let everything else slip away
Let every word that I say help to make the world around you
Simply fade away
And allow your thoughts to drift away
As you sink down.
Deeper and deeper
Into my words.

So easy to just let go
And relax
Feeling everything loosening.
And becoming limp
And loose
Let everything simply fog over
And imagine yourself
Walking in a quiet park at night
The path your walking on is paved
And well lit
You feel safe
Even though you are all alone
The air is cool, but just enough to be refreshing
Just enough to wake you up as you walk
Following path through the trees
Deeper and deeper….
Into the park.
You find yourself relaxed
And calm
Enjoying the fresh air
And the late night sounds of the park.
The crickets and tree frogs
Serenading through the night.
The soft rustling of the leaves as the wind blows through them
It’s a perfectly peaceful
Calm evening…  
And then without warning…
A bright light appears above you
And all at once you seem to simply…
Stop…
It’s as if your mind is on pause
And your body frozen in place.
You seem to be simply…
Stuck… where you are.
The bright
Almost blinding light
Surrounding you.
You start to feel yourself becoming lighter
As if you are starting to float
You see the park moving in front of you
As you start to lift from the ground
And gently
Slowly move upwards
Towards the light.
Body still frozen in mid stride
You feel a tingling along your skin
Like an energy trickling along your body
You see the park getting smaller and smaller beneath you
And then the light completely floods your vision
Bright and white
And then…
It all turns to black.
You realize you can move again
You quickly try to orient yourself in the darkness
But become aware that your feet, are not on the ground
You're still floating.
You move your arms and legs in vain effort to move
But are simply suspended
Behind you, you hear a noise
And turn to see a door has opened…
You assume it’s a door, all you can see is an opening
Flooded with light.
And the silhouette of a… not a person…
But an entity, it has long thin arms and legs,
And over sized head
But you can’t make out any of it’s facial features
It’s simply silhouetted against the bright light of the door
As quickly as the door opened. It disappears
As if the light simply turned off
And you are again suspended in darkness.
But you realize you are not alone.
You can feel the eyes of the entity watching
As if you could almost tell where it was.
You hear a voice, not in your ears
But in your mind
Telling you not to be afraid
You will not be harmed.
For some reason this makes you feel very calm
Peaceful
It’s almost as if the voice in your mind
Simply made you calm down.
As if it wasn’t your choice.
You look around and try to ask,
Who the entity is…
What they want.
But the only answer you get
Is another bright light.
This one an eerie alien green
And the moment it turns on
The moment your body is bathed in the light
You feel yourself go completely limp
Arms and legs instantly fall
Hanging limp and loose
As your body floats
Your head also falls
As you feel your mind simply be…
Turned off.
Completely blank
Unthinking
Just staring into the void
Lit only by the green light
That is keeping you helpless
And limp
You feel air currents around your body
As you are slowly turned horizontal
Arms and legs floating limply
Seeing the green light above you
Seeing it shine down on your body
Completely blank
Mind totally turned off.
As you float there
You become aware of more and more
Silhouettes around you.
As more and more of the strange beings
Move into the room with you.
You hear them…
Almost distantly in your head.
But your mind is far too blank
To understand what they are saying.
You start to see several robotic
Tentacle looking devices.
Emerging from behind the green light
Slowly moving down and hovering over your body…
The tentacles have tiny little lights on the very end.
And they start to wave those lights over your body
Scanning every inch of you.
You can feel a tingle where the scans touch your skin
As if an energy was sliding into your body,
Just a bit.
And making it react.
It feels strange…
But good.
The tingle feels like a caress.
Like fingers slowingly exploring your body
Inch by inch.
They move slowing and methodically along your frame
Finding every crevice
Every hidden spots
From between your toes…
To your most ticklish spot…
To the spots known by only the most…
Intimate of lovers…
No spot on your body goes unexplored
But as you float there
Limp and helpless
Another tentacle moves down…
And hovers over your face…
The light on its end is different
A different color…
Perhaps a different pattern…
But when it turns on it shines right on your forehead
And you can feel it
Instantly scanning you…
Not your body…
No this light is scanning in your mind.
Your memories.
Deeply and intimately going through your life
Your thoughts.
Your hopes and dreams
… your deepest fantasies.
You become aware of them as they scan through them.
They seem to be testing you…
Testing your reactions…
They bring up scenes of you being happy
And measure the reactions in your body
Scenes of you being excited…
Stimulated…
All the most positive
And enjoyable experiences…
And fantasies…
That you’ve ever had in your life
Get brought up one by one…
As they scan your body.
Deeply and completely.
The scans seem to only make the feelings
In your body…
Most intense.
But the devices seem to be honing in…
On exactly where you feel excitement
Feel happiness
Feel pleasure in your body.
Just take a moment…
And become aware of where you feel
Excitement.
Happiness
Pleasure…
Even arousal..
In your body
It’s ok if this takes time…
It’s possible you’ve never even thought of this before.
But let the alien devices
Help you find
Exactly where you feel all of these emotions…
And allow yourself to feel those places
Being stimulated…
Becoming excited…
As they explore more and more
Pleasurable memories
And fantasies, in your mind.
And as you float there
Blank and helpless
Not thinking about anything,
Other then the images and memories
That the devices bring up.
Not feeling anything…
But the emotions and the excitement that the devices
Scan in your body.
Something changes…
The device starts to craft it’s own unique fantasy
Based on all the things you find exciting
And pleasurable…
The tentacles sliding along your body no longer search
For the parts of your body that feel pleasure…
They start to excite them all on their own.
The passive scans start to become active…
Putting trickles of electricity into your body.
Stimulating your feelings.
Making the fantasy that it crafts in your mind
Instantly feel like one of  the most…
Stimulating…
One of the most …
Pleasurable
Experiences that you’ve ever had…
You can feel these devices.
Sliding deeper
And deeper into your mind.
Into your fantasies
And stimulating your body…
This will continue for some time…
Over and over again…
Getting more and more exciting
And pleasurable each time…
And when you have had enough…
When you wish to return to your normal world
You’ll feel the device
That is deep in your mind…
Push this experience…
Into the far depths of your memory
Hiding it…
Deep in your subconscious…
Deeply down…
Unable to recall that you were taken…
Unable to recall being examined…
Except in your dreams….
And your fantasies…
Once your memory is suppressed…
You’ll feel yourself being lowered…
The light shining around you as you are lowered back down
Down into the park.
And then all at once the light will vanish.
And you’ll be in the park again.
You’ll be able to continue your walk
And slowly wake up back into the real world…
But all of that will happen…
Later…
For now just allow yourself to sink
More and more deeply into this fantasy
Feeling the devices manipulating your body
And your mind
For as long as you would like…
You may continue to enjoy this…
Deeper and deeper…
Now…
