Probably. Will you gain an inexplicable urge to preheat your oven? Almost certainly.

Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble Recipe
1. Ingredients:
For the Filling:
3 cups rhubarb, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
3 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Crumble Topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2. Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced rhubarb and strawberries.
3. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well until the fruit is evenly coated.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Transfer the fruit mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
6. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
7. Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
8. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit filling in the baking dish.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
10. Allow the crumble to cool slightly before serving. It's delicious on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
