Remember, all hypnosis is self hypnosis. You have all the power, I'm simply showing you how to use it. You can easily ignore any suggestion you do not like, and if you need to wake up at any time simply open your eyes and deal with whatever you need to deal with. If you wish to return to trance when you are done, simply take a deep breath, close your eyes, and allow yourself to relax back into trance.

no need to try to slow your breathing down
just focus on
become aware of how you breathe
do you inhale through your nose,
or your mouth.
does yoru chest rise first
or your stomach
or both
and as you exhale
does your body sink all at once
or does yoru shoudlers drop first
and then your head
and then your back
as you sink back into your seat
there is no wrong answer
there is only the answer that is right...
for you.
and as you sink
as you relax
I want you to simply become aware
of how you feel
from head to toe
noticing the parts of your body that are tense
just seem to relax
and loosen
without any effort at all
all you need to do
is think about that part of your body
and it just seems to start to relax
and loosen
you notice that your thoughts
are much the same way
some times there is a thought
that just keeps popping up
in the back of your mind
but as soon as you focus on that thought
and acknowledge it
and admit to yoruself that you are having it
and that you will handle it later
the thought just seems
to fade away
like morning fog... when the sun
finally rises
and all you just sit
and relax
you realize that your mind
and body
are simply
easily
just sinking down

into a nice

this would be where I would take you
on a very specific,  very intricate
fantasy
but today...
today we are going on a very different
kind of adventure
today we are going to explore what it feels like
to go up...

like a yo yo
rising out of trance
only to go right back down
a few moments later
and you do this...
as you follow my words

that the more you go down
the deeper you go...
and then every time...
you start to wake up...
that you seem to stay...

and as you sit there
relaxed and calm
you realize that in a moment...
