Just allow yourself
To get into a comfortable position
Let your arms and legs
Find a place where they can just
Rest, and relax for a while…
And just allow yourself to focus
On the muscles in your body.
Starting at the top of your head
And working your way down.
Down to your toes
Just scan your body inch by inch
And as you do,
Focus on feeling the muscles
Loosen
And relax.
Focus on them letting go
And going limp
And loose
It may take a second or two
For a muscle to start to relax.
And if you find one that
Just doesn’t seem to want to relax
Try flexing the muscle for a few seconds
Then release it.
You may be surprised to find
That the muscle begins to loosen
Rather quickly
And easily now.
Just let your attention scan through you body
Up and down.
Slowly and methodically
Scanning over every part of your body
As you feel yourself sinking
Deeper and deeper
Into the sound of my voice
And just let yourself take a few
Slow
Deep breathes
And let the world around you
Fade away
And just your mind
And body
Relax
As a new world comes into view
A new reality
One where you find yourself
Sitting
In a dentist chair.
Don’t worry the drill isn’t in your future
Your just here for a cleaning.
It’s a new dentist…
You’ve been to this one before
But you feel comfortable in the chair
Relaxing
And then you hear the voice of the dentist
Relaxing and soothing
As they walk into your view.
You can’t help but notice just how
Attractive they are.
There is something about them
The way they look in their office attire
Something professional
And alluring.
Something that just seems to make you trust em.
Easily and completely
They talk to you for a few moments
Helping to ease any concerns you may have.
You feel them gently slide their hand along your arm
Making a connection.
That just help you to trust them
Completely and totally.
But before they start
They tell you that they want to give you
Just a little gas.
They say that they have noticed
If they give a patient a little gas before they start
It makes the whole appointment go by
Much more smoothly.
And that most patients seem to believe that it
Simply goes by in a snap.
Although you may feel a little nervous
Their warm soothing smile
And there general
Almost flirty demeanor
Convinces you that it’s OK.
To just give in to their request now…
The reach behind you and pull out
A small mask
One that fits nicely over your nose
You can feel it as the doctor
Helps to set it in place
It has a soft, rubbery feel to it.
And seems to make it hard to breathe
Through your nose
The doctor smiles and pushes button
And you hear a hiss of air starting behind you
The mask seems to inflate
And all of a sudden it’s so much easier
To breathe through the mask
The air coming in is slightly cool
Not a lot
Just enough to be refreshing
To be quite calming
Like a cool breeze on a warm summers day
The doctor explains that that is just oxygen
Something to help your body calm down
And breathe more easily
Before they give you the gas.
They gently squeeze your hand
And tell you they are going to start the gas
Although you may be a bit nervous
You give a soft nod
The doctor smiles
And you hear the hissing sound change
Just a little bit
And feel something different in the air tube
The air feels a bit warmer
A bit thicker
The doctor tells you to breathe through your nose
Gently and naturally
And you give them a nod as you start to breathe.
Inhaling normally
And letting the gas fill into your lungs.
As you inhale you barely notice
A tingling feeling starting to move
Slowly down your body.
Along your scalp
Along your chest
And back
You can’t help but notice
How much more attractive the doctor looks
As they smile at you watching
Holding your hand softly
Running their feelings along yours.
And then the heaviness
Starts to wash over you
You feel as if every breath is just making you
More and more tired
More sleepy
You feel the doctor holding your hand softly
As you feel your arms
And legs
Starting to go limp
Starting to become heavy
And sinking
Deeper and deeper
Into the chair.
You start to feel your legs
Becoming so heavy
So limp and numb
You can barely tell they are there
Your arms start to feel tingly
As they stop responding to you
You can’t move them
Your free hand even gets so heavy
So tired
That it fall from the arm rest
Into your lap
You can see the doctor smile
As they squeeze your other hand
And tell you
That it’s alright…
That you can just…
Go to sleep now…
You try to lift your head
But the room around you starts to spin
And bend
Like your looking at a fun house mirror
You try to talk
But your tongue has gone limp
Hanging deeply in your mouth
Your jaw falling open
You feel yourself try to look at the doctor
But your head fall back
Far too heavy to keep up
And hits the headrest with an audible thump
But your too far gone to have felt that
The world around you fading away
It’s like your vision is getting dim
And dark
Never realizing that your eyes
Are rolling up into your head
And your eye lids
Are closing
Ever so easily
Ever so deeply.
You hear the far away voice of the doctor
Tell you to just
Sleep…
And you feel yourself let out
A deep
Soft sigh
As the last tension in your body
Relaxes
Your body seems to sag into the chair
Limp and loose
Completely helpless
Completely unable to move
Deep in your mind
You have this tiny thought
This tiny voice that seems to say
That it’s OK to just let go
It’s OK to just enjoy
How good this feels
How easy it is to sink
Deeper and deeper
Down into the gas
Down into the haze
That is rapidly filling your mind
Your vision goes completely dark
The world fades away
Everything seems to get more
And more distant
Too distant to notice
Too distant to care
Your thoughts become slow
And sluggish
Like your mind is slowing down
Slipping away
And coming to a stop
Maybe it stopped in the middle of a thought
And that thought is just left there
Hanging in your mind
Fading…
Fading…
Fading away…
As you finally
Slip away into a deep
Helpless sleep…
Completely limp
Unaware
Unthinking
And unfeeling
Totally sedated now
While you lay there
Unable to move
Unable to think
Aware only of the vague sensations in your body
But even those are muted
Dulled
Numb to the touch
You can imagine the things…
You might like to have done to you…
By this, very attractive doctor…
A doctor who so casually
So easily…
Managed to get you to accept a little gas
Maybe they are…
Completely professional with you
Conduction your exam
Or maybe they decide to take
A liberty or two
With your helpless body
While your numb…
Limb…
And unaware…
It’s completely up to you…
You can imagine them having a soothing touch
And moving their hands wherever you would like
To help you feel what it is that you would like.
All the while feeling the gas
Slowly and deeply pouring into your lungs
Keeping your body heavy
And limp
Totally relaxed.
Unable to move…
While your mind is in a complete fog
Unaware
Unthinking
Simply shut down from the gas.
You can stay in this blissful state
For as long as you would like.
Enjoying the feelings
That the wonderful gas leaves in your body
And in your mind.
A wonderful little retreat for you.
And when you are ready to wake up.
You can feel the gas
Change back to pure oxygen
Feel your body get invigorated
And wake up.
Completely unaware of how long you were under
Or how deeply,
Helplessly relaxed
You were.
Of course this is for when you are ready
Until then.
Simply sit
And feel the gas
Sliding into your lungs
Every breathe taking you deeper
And deeper
Down into relaxation
Letting you simply enjoy
And imagine what might be happening
While your mind is deeply
And blissfully
In this gas induced fog…
Now…
