How to make Tacos

 Ingredients:
* 3 Lbs meat
   * Beef
   * Pork
   * Chicken
   * Turkey
   * Beans
* 3-4 packets of taco seasoning
* 10 taco shells
   * Hard
   * Soft
   * Tostadas
* 3 cups water
* 2 tbsp Olive Oil        
Optional Ingredients
* Liquid cheese / Salsa Con Queso
* Shredded cheese
* Tomatoes
* Lettuce
* Onions
* Peppers
* salsa
* Refried beans
* Skim milk
* Carbonated beverage of your choice


1. Coat large skillet with olive oil
2. Add meat and set to high heat. Stir until meat is sufficiently browned and crumbled.
3. Drain fat in strainer, then rinse with hot water till fat is washed off, return meat to skillet
4. Fill sink with hot water and dish soap then let drain (to prevent fat from clogging drain).
5. Add 1 cup water and taco seasonings to skillet, stir. Pat down meat until it it relatively flat and at additional water until all meat is under water. Stir again. Pat down meat again.
6. Bring to boil stirring regularly and making sure meat is all under the water, this allows the seasonings to sink in.
7. Once boiled reduce heat to medium uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
8. While this is happening prepare your toppings and other optional ingredients.
9. Once 10 minutes has passed turn heat to high and stir for 1 minute. Then turn off heat.

Serving suggestions:
1. Taco shell of your choice
2. Refried beans (optional)
3. Liquid cheese / salsa con queso (optional)
4. Taco meat/beans (required or else what was the point?!)
5. Tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, onions, salsa (all optional)
6. Shredded cheese (optional)
7. Hot sauce (required! Do it! Do it now!)

Serve with a carbonated beverage of choice to aid in swallowing, and skim milk for when the hot sauce overwhelmed you with it’s burning burning love!
