Stretched out and probably torn
A hole here a rip there
But yet so comfortable 
So relaxing
You were just about to sit down 
Just about to take some tiem for yourself
Maybe read a book, or watch a movie
But before you do… 
You can’t help but hear something
Fall in the other room. 
But it wasn’t the normal kind of fall
This almost felt like 
Something had been knocked over
A moment later, something else falls as well. 
Only this item is in a different spot 
Then the last one. 
You can’t help but get a little
Curious… if not nervous
Things generally don’t just… 
Fall… in your home. 
So you get up and carefully 
Quietly start to move
Start to sneak your way towards the room. 
As you get closer you can’t help but notice that the
Window appears to be open, 
Not a lot, but just a crack, just a few inches
But you don’t remember opening 
That window. 
A few more steps and then 
Another crash as something hits the floor again. 
Your close enough to see there isn’t 
Anyone… in the room. 
So you know it’s not an intruder,
You figure it’s probably an animal
A mouse,  a rat,  or worse, a raccoon. 
You’re not thrilled with the idea of dealing with this
But you know you.. 
Need too. 
None the less. 
You sneak up into the room and look inside
Trying to see what's there
What kind of problem, 
You're about to deal with it. 
But to your surprise
Despite seeing a few items on the floor
There doesn’t appear to be anything 
In the room. 
You slowly 
Carefully sneak in
Looking around
Nervous but a bit more relaxed
If you can’t see it… 
It must be small
You step a bit further into the room 
Scanning the shelves
Around to see what you can find… 
Nothing… 
But then a second later
The door seems to close… 
Your startled by it
And jump in surprise
Turning around to see… 
Something… 
Crawling on the door
It looks like… a green mass 
Crawling slowly up the back o the door
Like a slug
But it’s almost translucent
Giving off a slight green glow. 
You gasp in surprise
And the… creature twitch as your scream 
It seems to react and move
Wiggling along the door
You… understandably
Freak out… 
Grabbing the first thing you can 
And going to use it as a weapon
But before you can swing
The creature on the door
Seems to flatten out… 
And the translucent green skin 
Seems to form a face
Your face… 
In the exact expression that your making
Anger
Fear
Determination 
It’s a perfect match
But it’s eyes… 
Are glowing. 
A bright gentle green
You find yourself stopped
Paused
Whether out of surprise
Or something… 
Else
Your just stuck 
Staring into the face
The eyes glowing 
Brightly 
Beams of green energy 
Seem to light up the room 
Or is just 
Lighting up your face
Covering your face with a soft
Green glow
As your expression changes
You notice the face on the door’
Seem to change as well 
Mimicly you 
Completely 
Every muscle
Every twitch
Mimicked perfectly 
As you start to relax
Focusing on the eyes 
They just seem to pull you in 
Draw you in 
Deeply 
Completely 
You barely notice your impromptu weapon
Falling to the floor
A gentle thud
Forgotten instantly 
You find yourself stepping closer
Moving your face
To watch the entity mimic it perfectly 
You can’t help but simply 
Wonder what it's happening
What's it doing… 
But then… it starts to move
Starts to change the expression ‘
To one of bliss… 
One of pleasure
Making your face look like you are 
Moaning… 
And to your surprise
You find that you are. 
The face on the wall 
The creature in your home
Seems to be able to make you 
Change your expressions now
And with it 
Change how you feel 
You watch as it moves through 
From bliss to pleasure
From pleasure to joy
An expression of a laugh
A flirty smile
A playful wink 
And the oh so unmistakable look 
Of a more intimate release of pleasure
You want to be embarrassed, 
But you find that you can’t. 
You just can’t seem to feel 
Or express anything 
The creature doesn’t want you to. 
But then it shifts again 
The face starts to go slack
The eyes glowing brightly 
Drawing you in 
More deeply 
For a split second
You recognize the expression. 
It’s the look you give when you are… 
Hypnotized…. And helpless.. 
But once that realization… 
That split second passes
Your mind simply turns 
Off… 
And you are completely helpless
Standing there
Staring at this green translucent blob
That just happens to look 
Exactly like your face
Eyes glowing drawing you in 
Hypnotized… and relaxed…
