Just take a moment and allow yourself to relax
Let your body get into a comfortable position
Where you don’t mind sitting for a little while.
It’s ok if you need to adjust later,
Doing so will only help you to sink deeper and deeper
But for now get comfortable
And just listen to the sound of my voice.
And sink…
Down into whatever you are sitting on.
You can focus on the spiral in front of you
For as long as you would like…
But when you find yourself ready to close your eyes
You may do so easily
And gently
