You are 100% safe while listening to this and my intention is not to make it stressful, if you have a fear or water or drowning please read the script, link in the description, and decide for yourself if this fantasy is right for you.

Allow yourself to simply relax
And sink into whatever it is
That you are sitting or laying on now
Take a slow deep breath
And let your body sink
Feeling your muscles loosening
And relaxing
Feeling your body simply
Drifting down
Letting go
As your muscles one by one
Start to loosen
And go limp
Allow your mind
To simply clear
All of your thoughts
Letting them drift away
Into the back of your mind
Dissolving into my words
As you find yourself
Focusing on them
More and more deeply
More and more completely
Every word that you hear
Helps your body to relax
And your mind to empty
You can allow your eyes to close
If you haven't already
Or you can watch the spiral
Spinning away
More and more deeply
Into your mind.
And just yourself
Sink…
Sink…
Sink….
Deeper and deeper
Down into a relaxed
Calm state of trance
And let the world around you fade away
Let everything fade away but my words
And allow a new world to form in it’s place
A warm beach.
With crystal blue waves…
Capped with white foam
Crashing onto the golden sands
Of a beautiful beach.
The sky is a soft blue
Marked with puffy white clouds
And the sun is just bright enough
For you to feel it on yoru skin…
But the breeze is cool enough to keep you
From overheating.
But the most relaxing part of the beach
Is the feel of the water all around you.
Bobbing up and down in the waves.
Feeling your body floating up
As the wave lifts you
And then sinking down
As the wave passes under you
Only to crash gently on the beach behind you…
It’s so freeing
So relaxing to just let your body bob
Up and down slowly
And easily
In the waves.
Every wave helps you to just drift
Deeper and deeper
And just let go
And relax
But soon you start to realize
That your not just relaxing
Your getting tired
It takes a lot to play in the water
And your muscles are starting to feel fatigued
And heavy.
You start to move back towards the beach
But the waves keep bobbing you up and down.
Your making progress
But it’s slow
And your getting tired
You're getting worn out.
You can’t help but scan the beach
And as you do you spy a lifeguard
And and you see their eyes meet yours
And in that moment
You feel an instant connection.
As if for some unknown reason.
With just a look.
You and the lifeguard were able to
Instantly
And completely,
Communicate exactly what your thinking
What your feeling.
You can see the realization on their face
As they start to move towards you
And then you feel another wave picking you up
And bringing you down.
You feel your feet hit the sand
And feel your legs getting so tired
So weak
Your in shallower water now
So your body isn’t floating as easily
And before you can regain your balance
The next wave picks you up
You notice the people on the beach
Looking towards you.
Watching you
For a moment you can’t help but feel
Embarrassed
Nervous, about being the center of attention
And then the wave just lets you drop
You sink down in the water
And again feel you legs hit the sand
And start to buckle
They are so tired
So weak
They can no longer keep you up.
But before they buckle
You feel the arms of the lifeguard gently steady you
You feel them get behind you and hold you
As the next wave breaks on their back.
Lifting them
And you up in the water.
But this time you come down much more gently
The lifeguard takes the landing for you
Holding you softly.
Protecting you
You feel their arm slide under your leg
And pick you up off the ground
Cardling you in their arms
And moving you towards the beach
The do so, so easily… so quickly
That the next wave is barely felt.
As little more than a splash on your back
And bottom.
You feel your head spinning
You’re so tired
So exhausted
You almost feel like you might faint
But before you do.
You look up at the life guard
That is carrying you.
So strong.
So attractive
On some level you can’t help but think of just how
Safe you feel
In their arms.
As you feel your eyes flutter
And your head fall limp against their chest
You feel your body shaking
Slowly and easily with every step they take
Body helplessly bobbing in their arms
Step after step.
So easily
So deeply
Limp and loose
Fainting away.
You feel your body
Being lowered to the sand.
Warm and soft at first…
But then cool, and firm
As you sink into it.
It bends and morphs to fit your body
Supporting you easily and completely.
You feel the lifeguard check your pulse.
And you feel their ear next to your head.
And for a brief moment you get an idea
And instead of breathing
You hold your breath
You feel them listen for you to breath
But you hold your breath.
Your plan words
You feel them gently move your head
And open your mouth
And pinch your nose
And then you feel their lips against yours
As they give you mouth to mouth.
You slip and let a soft moan out.
And you can tell from the life guards response
That you’ve been caught
They know you were faking
And they know exactly why.
With a crowd all around you
They don’t have time to take advantage of the situation
But you do feel their tongue
Gently…
Slowly slide along yours
Before they pull back.
You open your eyes to see a crowd looking down at you
They all start to clap.
Thinking the lifeguard just saved your life.
And maybe they did…
You can see the lifeguard give you a smile
As they ask if your ok
As you nod a yes…
They tell the crowd to please give you some room
You had a hard day
And you need to rest.
You need to relax.
You need to clam down.
They tell you that you can
Focus on the sound of the waves
On the seagulls squawking
And on their voice
Their soothing
Sensual voice
And just let your mind
And body
Relax…
And rest
For a few moments.
You can’t help but feel yourself looking into their eyes
And feeling the world start to fade away
The sound of what waves
Replacing the sound of your thoughts
Every wave in helps you drift
Deeper and deeper
While every wave out
Helps your mind to just
Sink
Sink
Sink
Deeper and deeper
The crowd seems to fade away.
You're not sure if they simply left…
Or if you just stopped noticing them.
You can hear the lifeguard
Still talking
In a very soothing
Relaxing voice.
But the more they talk
The further away they seem to be.
You feel your eyelids starting to sink
Starting to close
You can’t keep your head up
You feel your body starting to sink
Back down to the sand.
You feel the lifeguards hand
Behind your head
Slowly lowering you back down .
You can see their face
Their attractive face
Looking down at you with a smile
As you feel your eyes
Flutter
Slowly and easily
Down…
Closing very gently.
And just resting…
Your mind is completely clear
And blank
You hear the waves
Slowly rolling in
And rolling out.
Over and over again.
Your mind just seems to drift.
Seems to relax in the waves.
More and more deeply
Your note sure how long you lay there
Relaxing in the sounds of the beach.
Your mind is relaxed and deeply asleep
But your body starts to stir
Your eyes open.
But your still deeply hypnotized
Relaxed and calm
Unseeing, unthinking
Following a hypnotic suggestion.
The crowd has since moved on
And the lifeguard is no where to be seen.
But yet you rise to your feet
And start to walk
Step by step down the beach.
Unaware,  as you walk
Slowly and easily
It’s as if your body knows where to go
Moving to the edge of the beach
And into the trees
Following a sandy trail.
Into a small grove
In the grove you can see the lifeguard
Sitting there with a smile
They knew you would be coming
They told you where to go
And you obeyed
Just as they told you too...
You can allow yourself to simply imagine
All the things you might like to do
Or have done to you
By this of so attractive
And seductive lifeguard
You can run through as many as you’d like
Just listening to the sounds of the beach
In the distance
Secluded and alone here.
Letting yourself feel everything that happens.
And when you are ready to wake up…
You can simply allow this fantasy to fade away
And the real world to take it’s place
But for now…
Simply relax
And enjoy your time
Here at the beach
Here with the lifeguard
For as long as you’d like…
You can do this so easily…
Now…
