Ever find that you just need a break? That you simply find that all you really want, all you really need is a little time to just relax, and focus on being healthy... and happy now. Let me help you. 

Remember, all hypnosis is self hypnosis. You have all the power, I'm simply showing you how to use it. You can easily ignore any suggestion you do not like, and if you need to wake up at any time simply open your eyes and deal with whatever you need to deal with. If you wish to return to trance when you are done, simply take a deep breath, close your eyes, and allow yourself to relax back into trance.

Allow yourself to get 
Into a comfortable position
A place where you can simply
Relax
And let go. 
Take a deep breath in, slowly,
and exhale just as slowly.
focusing on the sound of my voice
as all other noises begin to fade
into the background.
As you settle into comfort,
imagine a warm, gentle wave
of relaxation beginning at the top
of your head.
Feel it slowly moving down,
relaxing your forehead, your eyes,
softening the tiny muscles around them.
Each breath you take allows this wave
to flow further down,
relaxing your jaw, your neck,
and easing any tension in your shoulders.
With every exhale,
you feel lighter and more relaxed.
Now, visualize this wave of relaxation
flowing down through your arms,
all the way to your fingertips,
and down through your chest and stomach.
Each part of your body relaxes deeply,
feeling completely safe and supported.
As the wave travels further down
through your hips, legs,
and down to your feet,
notice how your entire body
feels completely relaxed and at ease.
In this state of deep relaxation,
imagine yourself in a beautiful place
where you feel happy and safe.
It could be a place you've visited before,
or somewhere you've dreamed of.
Notice the vibrant colors around you,
the sounds that comfort you,
and the pleasant scents in the air.
Feel the warmth of this place,
and allow this sense of deep comfort
to fill you up completely.
In this special place, see yourself
as perfectly healthy and overwhelmingly happy.
Picture your body as vibrant,
filled with energy and strength.
See your smile, feel the joy in your laughter.
Every cell in your body is thriving,
radiating vitality and health.
And as you stay here, deeply relaxed
The mantra is going to start
Sliding deeply into your mind
And programming you 
Programming you to simply relax
And feel healthier 
And happier
You will stay here for as along as you want
Be that till the end of the program
Or if you need to wake up earlier 
That is ok too. 
When it is time to wake up 
Simply take a deep slow breath
And allow yourself to count from one
Up to three
And simply awaken 
Until then simply enjoy the mantra.
