Step into a world where fantasy and reality blur as you're transformed into a beautiful, delicate doll. Feel the soft, deliberate turning of a key inside you, winding you up as you slowly surrender to the mechanical stillness. With each turn, your body moves in graceful, robotic motions, captivating the gaze of onlookers who admire the perfection of a doll on display. The rhythmic winding down draws you into deeper stillness, a mesmerizing cycle of motion and stillness that enchants and entices.

Remember, all hypnosis is self hypnosis. You have all the power, I'm simply showing you how to use it. You can easily ignore any suggestion you do not like, and if you need to wake up at any time simply open your eyes and deal with whatever you need to deal with. If you wish to return to trance when you are done, simply take a deep breath, close your eyes, and allow yourself to relax back into trance.

If you feel that you would like to have any hypnotic suggestions removed, you can view the deprogramming video here: Complete Deprogramming

But for now
Just allow yourself to get
Into a comfortable position
Feel the weight of your body,
sinking deeper
into where you sit,
as though every part of you
is soft,
quiet,
at ease.
With each breath you take,
you begin to drift
a little further
from the world around you.
The sounds,
the thoughts,
all fading
with each slow exhale.
You are stepping away,
away from any tension,
any worries,
as you begin to imagine
yourself
in a quiet, magical place.
A museum,
filled with toys,
beautiful dolls,
each one placed carefully
on display.
Walk through this museum now,
your steps gentle,
slow,
as you admire the rows
and rows
of dolls,
each one still,
each one peaceful.
As you walk,
you notice
an empty display case,
waiting.
It seems to call to you,
and as you stand there,
looking at the empty space,
you feel a presence
beside you.
The curator appears,
calm,
gentle,
and smiles at you.
Their voice is soothing,
as they speak softly,
“You’ve found your place,
the perfect spot
for a special doll.”
You feel something changing now,
as their hand reaches behind you,
and you hear a soft,
mechanical sound.
They’ve found the key,
and slowly,
deliberately,
they begin to turn it.
As the key winds,
you feel a gentle pull,
your body responding,
becoming slower,
heavier,
as though every turn
of the key
is draining the energy
from your limbs.
Your arms feel heavy now,
your legs,
even your head,
becoming harder to hold up,
harder to move,
as if you’re no longer in control.
And with each soft click
of the key,
you feel your body
becoming more still,
more calm.
The curator winds it slower,
and slower,
until you can barely move
at all.
Your body is stiff,
frozen,
like a doll.
Your mind, too,
begins to quiet.
Thoughts slow,
drifting away,
like a clock
winding down.
With each breath,
you can feel your thoughts
growing softer,
dimmer,
as if the key turning
is winding down your mind,
turning off
your need to think.
The world around you
fades,
growing distant,
as the last few clicks
of the key
wind down.
Now,
there is nothing left to do,
nothing left to think.
You are still,
silent,
and calm.
A doll.
As you rest there,
still,
silent,
a perfect doll,
you feel the gentle hands
of the curator
lifting you,
guiding you
toward the empty display case.
Your body is light,
almost weightless,
as they carry you,
placing you gently
inside the glass case,
your new home.
You feel the soft cushion beneath you,
but your body doesn’t respond—
you are still,
frozen,
a doll on display.
And yet,
you know something is about to change.
The curator reaches for the key
once more,
and you hear it,
that familiar sound,
the slow, deliberate turning
as the key winds you up.
With each turn,
you feel a faint stirring
inside you,
like a clock slowly ticking
back to life.
Your limbs begin to tingle,
faintly,
as the key turns,
winding tighter,
and tighter.
You can feel the energy
building up inside,
but it’s not your energy—
it’s the key’s,
controlling you,
giving you movement
that isn’t your own.
Your arms twitch,
your legs shift,
but everything feels mechanical,
unnatural,
as though you’re moving
because you have to,
not because you choose to.
The key turns again,
and now you’re fully wound.
Your body begins to move
on its own,
slowly,
jerkily.
Your head tilts,
your arms lift,
but there’s no thought behind it,
only motion.
You are a doll,
and dolls don’t think.
They only move
because they’re made to.
Your limbs bend and straighten
in stiff, robotic motions,
your head turning
from side to side,
eyes wide,
blank.
You can see the people
outside the glass case,
their faces lit with curiosity
and wonder.
They’re watching you,
admiring you,
but you feel nothing,
only the compulsion to move.
You stand,
your legs shifting
in small, mechanical steps.
Your arms rise,
posing,
as if on display,
showing off the perfect doll
you’ve become.
Every movement is precise,
controlled,
yet empty.
Your mind is quiet,
blank,
while your body moves
like a wind-up toy
for all to see.
You have no control,
no thoughts,
no choice.
Just motion,
endless,
robotic motion,
as the people watch you,
fascinated,
drawn to the helpless doll
on display.
And though you move,
you feel nothing inside.
You are simply here,
performing,
wound up
and on display.
As you stand there,
moving in stiff,
mechanical motions,
you feel their eyes on you—
watching,
admiring,
fascinated by the perfect doll
you’ve become.
There is no escape
from their gaze.
You are on display,
each motion slow,
robotic,
as your arms lift,
your head tilts,
your body moves
without thought
or will.
Inside,
you feel nothing,
only the quiet emptiness
of a doll,
wound up
and set in motion.
You can hear the faint ticking
in your mind,
the key slowly winding down.
With each small movement,
you know
that the energy is fading.
Your body slows,
step by step,
each motion
more labored,
as if something inside
is losing power.
Your arms,
once moving in jerky,
robotic gestures,
start to stiffen,
your legs
begin to falter,
as the key winds down
further,
and further.
The ticking grows softer,
slower,
and you can feel it—
the stillness coming.
Your limbs become heavier,
your mind
more blank,
until finally,
the last turn of the key
fades away.
You stop.
Frozen.
Completely still.
For a moment,
you are nothing more than a doll
on display.
Blank.
Empty.
Helpless.
Silent.
The crowd still watches,
admiring the stillness,
the perfection
of the motionless doll
before them.
Then,
you hear it again—
that familiar sound.
The key.
Turning once more,
slowly,
steadily,
winding you up again.
With each turn,
you feel the energy
building back inside you.
Your body begins to stir,
the ticking returns,
and you know
you’ll move again soon.
The key winds tighter,
and tighter,
until you are fully wound,
ready once more
to begin your robotic dance.
You remain there,
on display,
a perfect, still doll,
as the key slowly winds down
again and again.
With each cycle,
you feel the tension rise,
the energy draining,
until your body becomes still,
frozen in time.
And then,
as the key turns once more,
the winding begins again,
renewing your form,
allowing you to move
in slow, robotic gestures,
until once more,
you are perfectly still.
The key turns,
and the cycle repeats,
over and over,
as you rest,
on display,
for all to see.
But when you are ready,
when you are ready to awaken,
all you need to do
is take a deep breath in,
and then count from 1 to 3.
At 3,
you will awaken fully,
refreshed and clear,
but until then,
you will simply stay,
enjoying the slow winding down
of the key,
feeling yourself still,
motionless,
on display.
