Imagine a misty forest ahead
a path beneath your feet
leading to an ancient castle
rising in the distance
Each step takes you closer
closer to this medieval place
where time feels slower
and peace fills the air
As you near the castle walls
you feel safe, protected
your mind open, calm
ready for the journey within
The castle doors swing open
and you step inside
the air cool, mysterious
drawing you deeper... and deeper...
Up a winding staircase
leading to a hidden chamber
where a great dragon lies waiting
its gaze shimmering, hypnotic
Feel the pull of those ancient eyes
as they draw you in
deeper still...
your thoughts quieting...
And now, the dragon’s eyes
are all you see
glowing, swirling
inviting you to fall...
into a trance so deep
so calm, so peaceful
where anything is possible

And as the dragon watches
you fall deeper into its gaze
fully immersed

You are helpless now
held within its gaze
the dragon’s eyes control you

The dragon holds you tight
its will is all you know
you cannot break its hold

You are captive here
a puppet to its eyes

as time slips by
Helpless, captivated
bound to its control
the dragon's gaze consumes you
whole
And round and round it goes
as you fall deeper still
no thoughts of your own
only its will
Helpless now, so lost
the dragon’s gaze remains
and you will never break
these chains
And again, you try to fight
but the power is too strong
the dragon’s eyes control you
all night long...
This mantra pulls you deeper
there’s no escape in sight
you are helpless to its power
lost in its light...
When you are ready to wake
you will count from one to three
and with each number you say
you’ll feel your mind set free
But until that moment comes
just let yourself sink deep
feel the dragon’s pull
as it lulls you into sleep
For now, let its control
take you further still
drifting, sinking deeper
held within its will
But until that time arrives
just let the dragon’s gaze
draw you deeper, deeper
in its warm, hypnotic haze...
