A nice, long relaxing file to help you sleep... and maybe make you more obedient. But if you get a good night sleep, do you really mind feeling more compliant when you wake up?
Remember, all hypnosis is self hypnosis. You have all the power, I'm simply showing you how to use it. You can easily ignore any suggestion you do not like, and if you need to wake up at any time simply open your eyes and deal with whatever you need to deal with. If you wish to return to trance when you are done, simply take a deep breath, close your eyes, and allow yourself to relax back into trance.
This video is designed for you to enjoy, while you are laying in bed at night, drifting away to sleep. Be it to sleep for the night, or for you to simply take a little nap. It is best if you are comfortable and able to dedicate some time to this video. There will not be a wake up at the end of this video. It will let you sleep. So when you are ready to wake up, simply take a deep breath and count from 1 up to 5 and stretch out and tell yourself to awaken, relaxed and refreshed. And if you are interested, there is a longer version that adds a little bit of pleasure… to your evening. For now simply relax… and Enjoy your sleep….

A place where you can just, relax,
and let go.
Close your eyes, gently,
Take a deep breath in...
and out,
Feel the tension melting away,
with every breath you take.
Imagine a warm, soothing light,
beginning at the top of your head,
This light brings relaxation,
and comfort as it moves down.
Feel it spreading to your forehead,
your eyes, your cheeks,
Each breath allows the light
to spread further.
Relaxing your neck,
your shoulders,
Feel the warm light,
flowing down your arms,
your hands,
your fingers.
As the light continues,
feel it moving down your chest,
Releasing any remaining tension,
like a warm wave of relaxation.
Your back,
your stomach,
all becoming loose and relaxed,
The light travels down your legs,
to your knees,
your calves,
and finally,
your feet.
Your entire body is now enveloped,
in this warm,
soothing light,
completely relaxed,
ready for a peaceful,
restful sleep.
Now, picture yourself standing,
at the top of a staircase,
Each step you take down,
brings you deeper into relaxation,
deeper into sleep.
Let's begin descending
10... feeling so relaxed,
9... deeper and deeper,
8... so calm, so at peace,
7... every muscle loose and limp,
6... sinking further,
5... halfway there, feeling so good,
4... almost completely relaxed,
3... so close to deep sleep,
2... nearly there, so peaceful,
1... at the bottom now,
deeply relaxed,
ready for a peaceful,
restful sleep."
With every breath,
you sink deeper,
deeper into sleep.
Feel my words,
guiding you,
keeping you safe,
keeping you asleep.
As you sleep,
you feel more and more,
compliant,
obedient.
